Pati Bristow is a book artist, printmaker and mail-artist working in the San Francisco Bay area. She believes in the potential for mankind to survive through the cooperative utilization of communication. As part of her art practice, she initiates local and international collaborative art projects and events. Bristow has co-taught workshops in papermaking, fabric book, and relief printing at Foothill College. She is a member of the Bay Area Book Artists, Foothill Printmakers, Works Gallery San Jose, and Studio 1801. You can follow her adventures in mailart at Mailart- Shopping Trolley Gallery, West.
